Lake of Stars 2011 Festival is definitely ON.

The eighth edition of the award winning festival will take place at Sunbird Nkopola Lodge, Mangochi, September 30th to October 2nd on the palm-fringed shores of Lake Malawi. The Lake of Stars is an internationally renowned music festival that takes place on the shores of Lake Malawi each year. The name, Lake of Stars, comes from the nickname given to Lake Malawi by David Livingstone. The festival borrows this name and when you're camped by the shore it's easy to see why. Tibet Plateau Cycling Tour

I wanted to thank you for organizing such an exception honeymoon for us! It was truly a holiday of a lifetime. I could not fault one aspect, and we will treasure forever the memories of Tibet, Bhutan and our packed transit day in Nepal. Everything came together exactly as you had organised, like clockwork. Including the tight transfer in Nepal on the way to Bhutan where we had airport staff primed and ready to meet us and speed us through transit to our next flight. Knowing your teams in different countries were in communication and well-coordinated was very comforting. Nepal was frantic and exciting, Bhutan was amazingly relaxing and beautiful. I have to call out Tibet as a truly exceptional part of the holiday though. This was 100% due to the truly wonderful hosts we had in Tinkar and Ngodup. Thank you for this introduction. The time they gave up for us, and effort they made was beyond any expectations. The fact that they are also such amazing, interesting and kind people made the holiday even more wonderful. Both were extremely thoughtful to our needs, listened and responded to any requests or concerns, and were readily available at any time. We felt very looked after, and really appreciate the thought and effort they put into making this such a special holiday. MK.
